Good Afternoon Church Family!
 
I hope you’re all doing well today.  Here are your reminders for this week… 

• This Sunday is our monthly Loving Relationships Dinner.  We’re having a salad lunch, so be creative and let’s see how many different kinds of salads we can have!  Please bring a large one to share and join us for the delicious food and wonderful fellowship immediately following worship! 
• We’re going to a WV Power Baseball Game on Sunday, August 19th.  Game time is 2:05 pm and the ticket cost is $8.  It’s Kids’ Day, but everyone is invited to go.  There is a sign-up sheet at the Information Station.  Please sign up ASAP.  Money is due to Patty Igo by July 21st.  She will be available each Sunday to collect your money.

 From the Missions Team:

•  The Drop-In Center at Covenant House needs travel size containers of soap, shampoo, conditioner and deodorant.
• The Clothing Closet needs children’s clothing and ladies’ dresses.  Socks and underwear are always needed as well.
• The Pantry always needs certain staples: canned soups; chili, pastas, and stew; canned greens, canned fruits and canned meats; mac and cheese; peanut butter; cereals; and rice.  Please make some of these items a weekly gift.
  Special needs this week are the following items:
  Canned greens
  Dried beans
  Lentils
  One pound sugar
  Canned pintos
  Cereal
  Canned meat
  Rice
  Spaghetti
  If you can help with any of these items, please bring them to church on Sunday and place them in the Food Pantry wagon inside the Sanctuary doors.
  
• We are also still collecting individually wrapped snack items for Hubbard Hospice House.
